Survived all disasters: Since Sep 2017, and each following year, PR has been affected by several disasters that greatly affected business throughout the Island. Villa Eshta was equally affected, however stayed open and easily went through theses challenges. The fact that we have several kind of accommodations, insured that we always had guests present. The fact that we are located in a prime area of San Juan, 2 blocks away from the beach, and situated in a very bustling and up-coming area also helped insure that we kept busy during external shocks. Furthermore, with the newly acquired permits, the buyer will have a wide of activities that could be implemented.
